A high speed police chase ends when the suspect tries to run but is taken down by police. The chase unfolded live on FOX 2 as two suspects in a bank robbery ran from police in Ferguson. The pursuit at speeds of more than 95 miles an hour went down Interstate 70, across the Poplar Street Bridge down Eastbound I-64. They turned around in O'Fallon, Illinois heading back toward St. Louis as the suspect swerved to try to get around police who had them boxed in. Police slowed down in front of them, but the accused bank robbers kept going. Finally one of the police cars bumped the SUV, the tires blew, and it crashed into the wall then crossed into oncoming traffic. Luckily no one was hit. |

| well hey blame on the people who tryed to get away from the cops. they make everything else go high and possiblly kill someone. so the cops have to do anything and everything to try and stop it. |

| A guy who carries on a chase like that could very well possess a weapon, plus the guy is not being cooperative, hence the police "beating the shit out of him." Frankly, I think that was being nice |

| wow...i can understand those cops being mad about having to chase the guy, but seriously, it's a little unnecessary to beat the shit out of the guy when he's given up like that. fuckin cops are on power trip. |
